SociShare Terms of Use

1. Scope of Service
SociShare is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables users to create, schedule, and post social media content across multiple networks from a unified interface. Supported platforms include Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tumblr, Google My Business, Reddit, YouTube, WordPress, Blogger, and Pinterest.

2. Permitted Use
Each subscription plan grants access to a single user login.
Users may connect and post to an unlimited number of social media accounts, subject to platform availability based on their plan.
Users agree not to misuse the platform for spam, abuse, or activity that violates social media platform terms.

3. Data Ownership and Security
Users retain full ownership of their content and connected account data.
SociShare stores user content securely and uses encryption and access control to protect data.
Account data is retained for 90 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

4. Intellectual Property
SociShare owns all rights to the software, design, code, and documentation.
Users retain rights to the content they create and post using the platform.
SociShare does not add branding or watermarks to user content.

5. Payment Terms
Plans are available at the following rates:

  • Starter Plan: $9 per 30 days
  • Business Plan: $19 per 30 days
  • Professional Plan: $29 per 30 days

There are no free trials.
Payments are non-refundable.
If users upgrade during a billing period, a prorated charge will be applied.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Support is provided through the Support page at https://socishare.com/support-help-faq/.
All inquiries will receive a response by the end of the next business day.
We strive for high uptime, but service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or third-party outages.

7. Termination Conditions
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Access continues through the end of the current 30-day period.
SociShare reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Warranty and Disclaimers
SociShare is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We do not endorse or validate user content.

9. Limitations of Liability
SociShare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Total liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 30 days of service.

10. Other Terms

  • User Conduct: Users must comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms, including those of each social media platform.
  • Prohibited Use: No posting of unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content is allowed.
  • Third-Party Services: Users must agree to the terms of any social media platform they connect through SociShare.
  • Confidentiality: User data is stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
